Groups Threaten to Sue BLM Over Cattle Grazing on Public Lands
The groups allege that BLM is not complying with its statutory obligations under the Endangered Species Act or with the requirements of the biological opinion underlying the agency’s authorizations of certain cattle grazing in Arizona.
EPA to Revise Regulations for Clean Water Act Section 401
EPA appears determined to return significant authority back to States with respect to Clean Water Act Section 401. Taking such action could create significant delays for linear projects (e.g., transmission lines and pipelines) necessary for achieving the Biden administration's climate goals.
