FSA Announces COVID-19 Assistance for Timber Harvesters and Haulers

On July 23, 2021, the Farm Service Agency (“FSA”) issued a notification of funding assistance (“NOFA”) through its Pandemic Assistance for Timber Harvesters and Haulers (“PATHH”) Program. To qualify, a timber harvesting or hauling business must have suffered a gross revenue loss of at least 10 percent for the period of January 1, 2020, through December 1, 2020, compared to the period of January 1, 2019, through December 1, 2019.
